Start-Up Fees:*

$900 for Established Practices - includes two copies of FileMaker® 11 software to run    OD Link, patient demographic data conversion, and initial 60 days training for office staff and doctors.

$450 for a new "Cold Start" practice - includes two copies of FileMaker® 11 software to run OD Link, patient demographic data conversion, and initial 60 days training for office staff and doctors.

Additional Computers:

$125 for each computer using OD Link (with or without a server).  FileMaker® 11 software is included and requires Windows® XP, Windows Vista®, Windows® 7 operating systems or a Mac® computer.  For more information, link to FileMaker® 11 Specifications.

Server:

$695 for FileMaker® Server software which requires a dedicated computer.  Server software is recommended for networking less than 9 computers but is not required.   FileMaker® does not require additional expensive server software (your IT person may not know this);  for more information, link to  FileMaker® Server.  FileMaker® 11 Server now supports Windows® 7 Professional but NOT Windows® 7 Home Premium version.

OD Link works on any size monitor, but requires fewer clicks on monitors that support 1280 x 1024 or greater.

Practice Annual Gross Income < $200,000:  $125/month

Practice Annual Gross Income $200,000 - $300,000:  $150/month

Practice Annual Gross Income $300,000 - $900,000:  $175/month

Practice Annual Gross Income > $900,000:  $200/month

An additional office can share the primary office's server over an encrypted internet connection using FileMaker Server software:  $25/month/additional office (you also need  a static IP number ($5-$15 /mo) that is provided by your Internet Service Provider).
