An OD Link insurance specialist will log-on several times a week with a HIPAA compliant remote connection to scrub and submit your medical claims. Our insurance specialists will also post payments from electronic, faxed or emailed EOBs (ERAs).  Your practice will reconcile payments received, either via mail or direct deposit, easily with the report provided.  With this service, we will also submit claims to the patient's secondary insurance, re-submit claims due to errors, and work to resolve claim problems.

OD Link staff can also generate patient bills and post payments for your practice.

At anytime, your practice can assume responsibility for insurance submission and/or patient billing.
